The Everchosen Summer Invitational Recap
Last weekend, eight top competitive Total War: WARHAMMER II players went head to head to decide who was worthy of calling themselves The Everchosen. Hosted live from the Creative Assembly studio, the Everchosen Summer Invitational saw brutal battles, exciting showmatches, and exclusive giveaways – but how did it all unfold?
Day One
The first day of the Everchosen Summer Invitational saw Ninjahund fall to Tlaxtlan Soothsayer, who took the matchup in a clean 2-0. Shetland Apache also defeated his opponent Dahv Players 2-0, followed by a bloody free-for-all streamer showmatch between Diction, Fairlight_Excalibur, Strippin, and BurkeBlack.
Next up was Shadow Online Gaming versus Sekarma, with Sekarma taking the win 2-1. Finally, Loremaster of Sotek and Romulan Dawg faced off in the last matchup of the day, with an incredibly close fight ultimately resulting in the latter coming out on top 2-1. We also pitted our very own Dogbert up against commentator Italian Spartacus for your amusement, rounding the day off with a live interview with a Total War dev where we revealed the brand-new spectator mode.
